Students will be on time.

Students will bring to their lesson all books that are part of their lesson.

Quarterly, we will have a parent/teacher conference. We will take this time to discuss your child's progress. This will be scheduled during your child's lesson time.

If, during practice, the student has a question, feel free to call me. It is better to ask questions than to practice it wrong all week.

Payment is made on a monthly basis, and is due at the first lesson of each month. The cost is for each scheduled lesson that month. That means if your child misses the lesson, you are still responsible to pay for the lesson time.

Lessons in person are to be paid in cash. No checks or credit cards will be accepted.

It is your responsibility to buy the books needed for the lessons.

Contact me in writing if you are discontinuing lessons. A written letter must be given to me no later than 4 lessons before discontinuing lessons. Otherwise, you will still be responsible for the payment of the missed lessons that month.

The first of September there is to be a $50.00 administration fee. If you start lessons at any other time, this fee is pro-rated. This is non-refundable.

Both parents and students will behave in a professional manner. There will be NO 'stage parents'. I have been teaching music for over 40 years. I know what I am doing.

If either the student or their parents are not following the policies, I reserve the right to terminate lessons immediately.
